Telops, a provider of hyperspectral imaging systems and high performance infrared cameras, recently declared that it has released its latest high performance infrared camera known as TEL-1000 MW InSb.
This new addition besides complementing the company’s contemporary array of cooled infrared cameras, also enables the company to have a better position in the IR camera industry.
The TEL-1000 MW InSb allows a wavelength range from 3.6 to 4.9 ìm, which can be extended from 1.5 to 5 ìm, upon customization. The TEL-1000 MW InSb has been designed by incorporating the performance and flexibility of Telop’s previous releases including FAST-IR 1000 and the HD-IR 1280. This high performance, innovative offering is currently being commercialized.
The TEL-1000 MW InSb features optimum integration of the spatial resolution and frame rate, and can capture up to 200 fps at full frame (640 x 512 px) and in the presence of windowing (320 x 256 px), it can capture 600 fps.
Similar to Telops infrared cameras, this high performance cost-effective offering includes patent pending real-time processing as well as real-time temperature calibration algorithm, contributing to thermally calibrated or raw data in real-time, eliminating the requirement of external blackbodies. The Automatic Exposure Control, when integrated to TEL-1000 MW InSb ensures alterations and optimization in exposure time with respect to dynamic temperature variations in the environment. Telops infrared cameras, with these featured options can be modified based on the existing demands, thereby serving the market’s specific applications.
