Toshiba, a manufacturer and distributor of advanced electrical and electronic products, and spanning digital products, had launched the Vantage Titan 3T MR imaging system, which is developed to totally remove the generation of blurred whole-body images and patient compliance challenges while using the 3T MR imaging system.
The new Vantage Titan 3T MR imaging system is exhibited at the annual meeting scheduled for seven days from November 27 to December 2 of the current year, which is organized by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago.
The company’s 3T MR imaging system is designed to ensure superior quality in whole-body images, when compared to other 3T MR systems. An advanced multi-phase RF transmission solution is incorporated within the company’s imaging system. The multi-phase RF transmission technology will minimize the dielectric shading artifacts. The company’s Vantage Titan imaging system can be significantly used in hospitals application, which need advanced imaging technology without compromising on high-quality body images.
Stuart Clarkson, a director of MR market unit from Toshiba, stated that Toshiba is the first company in the industry to provide 3T MR imaging technology, which makes the hospitals to address the entire clinical requirements with one MR imaging system. Clarkson also said that this new imaging system represents the company’s involvement in providing technology solutions to solve the clinical and patient challenges in the today’s market.
The company’s Vantage Titan 3T MR imaging system provides added features and benefits to the patients including Noise Reduction solution, Intuitive M-Power User Interface, Non-Contrast Imaging technology, and large opened bores.
