Digital Lumens, a manufacturer of Intelligent LED Lighting System, declared the introduction of 18,000- and 26,000-lumen high bay LED lighting fixtures with in-built daylight harvesting sensors and improved Light Rules, a centralized control system ensuring superior energy efficiency.
The fittings are lumen-for-lumen replacement of present T5 and T8 high-intensity fluorescent (HIF) tubes, featuring almost 100% amplification in raw light output, sustaining higher light levels, can be mounted in buildings with higher ceilings, and offers increased fixture spacing. Integrated daylight sensors reduce energy consumption and improve environmental resistance (IP65) making the fixtures appropriate for production facilities that need UL-damp rated or washdown fixtures. The fixtures characterize integrated occupancy sensors that are controlled wirelessly by Light Rules centralized control system, increasing energy efficiency by providing the necessary light and lighting schedules with comprehensive light energy reports.
Digital Lumens designs Inteligent LED Lighting Systems that have been demonstrated to minimise industrial customers' electricity expenses by 90%. With this system, smart lights are wirelessly knit together and controlled centrally. The company has defined a sophisticated class of networked energy-efficient LED lighting and has been acknowledged as a 2011 World Economic Forum Technology establishment.
