Acuity Brands’ ACLED Luminaire Receives TheLEDAward for Best Interior Commercial Product

Acuity Brands’ Lithonia Lighting ACLED luminaire has received TheLEDAward at the “TheLEDShow” 2011 held in Las Vegas. The award was for the best interior commercial product.

The Lithonia Lighting ACLED luminaire is a volumetric recessed luminaire that provides uniform ambient white light throughout an area. It requires a 41W input to deliver 3300 lumens. The luminaire reduces the cost of maintenance as well as the energy required, leading to a reduction in the environmental impact of the building. ACLED is a controllable and adaptable intelligent lighting solution that can address current and future requirements. It has plug-and-play features and embedded controls. The company offers the luminaire in a configuration of 2’x2’.
