Commercial projector solutions and LCD display provider, NEC Display Solutions of America has announced that the widescreen professional installation projector, the NP4100W was recognized as the Best Projector at InfoComm 2011 tradeshow’s 10,000 lm or less category.
5500-lumen Widescreen Professional Installation Projector
Designed to produce brightness levels of 5500 ANSI lm, the NP4100W widescreen projector is ideal for use in conditions that require minimal lighting control and larger screen sizes for rooms such as auditoriums, network and training centers.
The projector is based on DLP technology, which ensures quick video response time and better contrast, thus improving the overall quality of the image. It also has an extended lamp life due to the single or dual-lamp operation mode, making it ideal for round the clock use.
The Best Projector recognition makes it NEC’s fifth consecutive award at the Infocomm. In 2010, NEC won the Best Plasma or LCD Display for its video wall bundle solution, the X461UN-TMX4. In 2009, NEC won under the Best Digital Signage Product category for the LCD8205. The 65” MultiSync LCD6520 display won in 2008 and the 60”PlasmaSync 60XM5 plasma display won in 2007, both in the Best Plasma or LCD Display category.
