Pioneer in LED lighting solutions, Cree has introduced an ultra-lumen LED module called the Cree LED LMH6 that facilitates overall cost reduction, speeds up the market-reach time and simplifies the lighting design for the company’s customers across Asia and Europe.
The LMH6 module is based on Cree TrueWhite Technology that offers high quality of light, brightness and efficiency, making it suitable for commercial applications, including hospitality, schools, airports, retail and restaurant.
The LMH6 module offers 2900 lm at 78 lm/W and 2000 lm at 74 lm/W and has a minimum operating life of 50,000 h. It comes in 4000 K and 3000 K color temperatures with a color rendering index of 90. Its completely-integrated DALI dimming enables higher control and flexibility than conventional dimming systems.
The LMH6 is a 230 V module incorporated with primary thermal management, optics and driver electronics to offer locking tabs and drop-in ready solution that can facilitate the design of extra trim kits. The module meets various international regulations, including RoHS.
According to Scott Schwab, who works as Product Line Manager at Cree LED modules, the efficient and high quality LED module allows the company’s clients to address the needs of the 200 mm and 150 mm downlight market with energy-saving lighting solutions.
