Future Fibre Secures Airbase Perimeter Fiber Optic Intrusion Detection Contract

Pioneer in fibre optic intrusion detection, Future Fibre Technologies, along with its key System Integrator, has received a contract to protect the perimeter of a sensitive military airbase in Asia-Pacific.

The company produces and markets a wide range of fiber optic intrusion location and detection systems for perimeters, fences and pipelines.

Future Fibre will install its FFT Secure Fence system that will safeguard both aircraft and equipment by indicating the area of intrusions anywhere beside the perimeter fence that extends to over 7,000 m. The new contract adds to the company’s expertise and success in protecting the perimeters of military and government installations.

The FFT Secure Fence system offers numerous benefits such as effortless deployment, overall design flexibility and ability to function in adverse tropical environment. These factors along with technical support service enabled Future Fibre in securing the government contract.
