Larson Electronics has launched its new tripod mounted explosion proof LED light called the Magnalight EPL-PM-1x30LED-TP1-100.
The LED light is easy-to-install and lightweight and has high-power light source. Its exceptional color-rendering feature makes it suitable for scene lighting option for emergency services and first responders.
The Class 1, Division 1 rated EPL-PM-1x30LED-TP1-100 generates more illumination than a regular 300 W incandescent bulb and consumes only one-tenth of the amps and 30 W. The LED light has a color temperature of 5500 K, which is comparatively brighter than normal halogen lamps.
The LED light generates heat of 55„a F, which is much cooler than the average 198„a of a 300 W incandescent bulb. This makes the LED light easy to handle. The weight of the non-glowing collapsible tripod is 4 lb and can be collapsed to 3 ft and lengthened to 5 ft. The tripod can be separated from the light effortlessly and facilitates storage, transportation and installation.
The EPL-PM-1x30LED-TP1-100 is made from thick aluminum alloy with 0% copper and is certified to be used in marine and wet conditions. The unit¡¦s Par38 LED lamp is strong enough to prevent damage from impacts and shocks and offers coverage up to 3,800 square feet. The lifespan of the LED light is 50,000 h. It comes in 220/240 V 50/60 hz, 120 V 50/60 Hz and 24 V DC or 12 V DC versions.
