Radiall Introduces HDQX Connectors for Ethernet Data Transmission

Radiall, manufacturer of interconnect products, has rolled out the new HDQX connector range for RF and Ethernet data transmission.

The HDQX connector series integrates the ruggedness with a compact size for high reliability in adverse military and aerospace environments. The HDQX series provides twelve size 8 cavities in a rectangular shell and accepts size 8 BMA and ARINC 600 Quadrax contacts.

The HDQX connectors are useful for applications such as video control centers, in-flight entertainment systems, and data networks. The connectors’ robust design allows high-density, high-speed applications. They can also use the BMA contacts present in the RF connections at maximum frequencies of 18 GHz.

The HDQX connector range also has a lightweight composite strain relief and a center locking unit for convenient connection and dependable mating. The HDQX also features an environmental sealing with an interfacial sealing and sealing boots.
