Seiffert Industrial is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the laser alignment system, the Pulley Partner. The laser alignment system is a durable, compact, and lightweight tool to be utilized with belt-driven equipment.
Pulley Partner
The tool utilizes a reflected laser beam technology to achieve maximum angular resolution. The Pulley Partner offers precise and reliable readings to the user.
The Pulley Partner alignment system magnetically attaches to the outer or inner surface of a sprocket or pulley, and comprises no targets or small parts. The tool enables measurement of spans up to 6 ft. or better with a small or large pulley. A laser line from the Pulley Partner transmitter is projected to the reflector that is positioned on the opposite pulley. The vertical and offset angle misalignment is indicated instantly by the reference line present on the reflector.
The laser line is reflected back to the reference line of the transmitter automatically, for indicating the horizontal angle misalignment. The tool offers ease of operation, and allows an operator to perform the alignment quickly without the need for training.
