Neoteric Concepts, Sunrise Optical Collaborate for Confocal Microscope Production

Neoteric Concepts and Sunrise Optical have entered into a joint venture agreement to manufacture and market a broad-band, all-reflective, high NA, diffraction limited confocal microscope.

The new design expands the temporal and spatial limits of current optical microscope methods, including I5M microscopy, 4Pi microscopy, multi-photon microscopy, and confocal microscopy. The reflective design of the microscope is suitable for high resolution and high power laser-machining applications.

Sunrise Optical manufactures optical instrumentation solutions, and offers turn key systems used for topography measurements. In addition, Sunrise Optical offers software solutions for applications involving optical microscopic. The company addresses the semiconductor and solar cell markets.

Neoteric Concepts is a company specialized in optical designs. Neoteric Concepts develops solutions for laser machining applications.
