MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems has released its new fiber-optic field transport systems, the HaLFCuBE and the LiGHTCuBE, in Europe, at the IBC2010. With new monitoring and testing functionalities, both the transport systems are ideal for on-site signal monitoring.
The LiGHTCuBE can transport various types of data, including audio, IFB, PL, and HD video, over a fiber-optic field. The LiGHTCuBE is configurable up to 80 composite video, SDI, or HD-SDI paths. The HaLFCuBE handles as many as 40 channels over one fiber-optic cable.
The LiGHTCuBE and HaLFCuBE fiber-optic field transport systems are also configurable with HDMI, RGB, and DVI. Both the MultiDyne devices can be powered using a 110/220 VAC power, or batteries for field applications. Users can perform circuit testing, without the camera, using a signal generator and a HD monitor.
