GE Lighting Solutions has rolled out a new, advanced Tetra PowerMAX LED lighting system that generates bright, white light and superior uniformity in large channel letter signage. The LED lighting system enables signage manufacturers to develop effective signage for large applications.
The Tetra PowerMAX LED lighting system utilizes an advanced OptiLens technology, which helps in distributing uniform light output across the signage face. The OptiLens technology removes hot spots, which can affect the brand image. The LED lighting system consumes minimum power and can be installed easily. It uses layout guidelines that are similar to Tetra LED systems used for channel letter applications.
The Tetra PowerMAX provides a number of time-saving features such as off-the-shelf units, 3M VHB mounting tape and pre-drilled mounting holes. The Tetra PowerMAX allows signage developers to utilize fewer LED strokes for each signage because of its ability to light up a larger surface area. This ability significantly helps in reducing both LED and material costs during the development of channel letter signage.
GE follows the 10-step Design and the GE Six Sigma methodology to ensure that all Tetra PowerMAX LED lighting systems are reliable and long-lasting. The rigorous tests carried out by GE further validate the sturdiness of the lighting system.
