China’s Xenon Lamp Market to Reach 26% in 2014

Research and Markets has published a new market report titled ‘Global and China Automotive Lighting Industry Report, 2009-2010’. The report analyzes the global automobile industry and its market, China’s automobile market, automotive lighting source, automotive lighting industry and its market, LED industry, and major LED and automotive light source manufacturers.

The companies included in the report are Philips, Osram, Nichia, Toyota Gosei, Cree, Depo, Liao Wang, SL, Delphi, Ta Yih Industrial, Zhejiang Tianchong, Changzhou Xingyu, TYC Brother, Visteon, Automotive Lighting, Valeo, Stanley, Ichikoh, Skoito, and Hella.

According to the report, the xenon lamp will become a standard configuration in the mid-class cars. The penetration rate of automotive xenon lamp is approximately 32% and the LED market is expected to grow further. China tops the global market for luxury cars and as a result, the penetration rate of xenon lamp is comparatively higher than the world market. China’s automotive xenon lamp market is expected to reach 26% in 2014.
