Avago Launches Micro-Integrated Tunable Laser Assembly Device for Coherent DWDM Systems

Avago Technologies, a leading supplier of analog interface components for wireless, wireline, storage and industrial applications, today announced the availability of its new micro-integrated tunable laser assembly (Micro-ITLA) device, the AFCU-UITLAXX. The device is a high-performance, narrow-linewidth Micro-ITLA component designed for both the transmission and local oscillator laser in coherent dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) systems.
