ESO’s latest facility upgrade features four new TOPTICA guide star lasers on Cerro Paranal

On April 26th, the impressive Four-Laser Guide Star Facility (4LGSF) was fully operational for the first time at the European Southern Observatory’s (ESO) Very Large Telescope (VLT) of the Paranal Observatory in Chile. During the preceding verification phase, a team of TOPTICA and ESO engineers successfully completed the required system tests.

AANS 2016: New Results Support Use of Monteris Medical’s NeuroBlate System for Brain Lesions

Monteris Medical today announced new data from two separate studies supporting the use of its NeuroBlate® System for brain lesions were presented at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) 84th Annual Scientific Meeting, taking place from April 30 – May 4. Data evaluating customized 3D printed mini-platforms in laser interstitial thermal therapy (LITT) were also presented at the meeting.
