Carl Zeiss MicroImaging, a leading provider of microscopy solutions, announces end of summer deals and promotions. Take advantage of almost 50 percent off imaging systems from demo stocks, including the Axio Observer.Z1 research level inverted microscope equipped with an optional LED light source and/or the VivaTome structured illumination system.
All equipment has been inspected and comes with a one-year, same-as-new warranty. The sale price is valid for orders received through September 30, 2011 for U.S. and Puerto Rico customers only. Supplies are limited, so act soon. For more information on the promotion, go to http://www.zeiss.com/micro.
The Axio Observer is an inverted research microscope, developed for maximum flexibility in live cell techniques and functionas as a fully integrated research platform for cell observation, cell manipulation and cell analysis. It can be expanded cost-effectively from a basic stand for tissue culture and fluorescence, to one for high speed, structured illumination, TIRF, spinning disk confocal, laser scanning microscopy or microdissection.
The VivaTome provides an economical, entry-level solution for imaging optical sections of fixed samples or dynamic processes in living samples. By using aperture correlation, the VivaTome enables researchers to capture optical sections without motion artifacts that are common in other optical sectioning techniques. It incorporates a white light source with a variety of filter choices for different fluorescent proteins. Use the VivaTome for multi-color fluorescent imaging of live cells and organisms, long term time lapse and colocalization experiments.
