Optoma has expanded its PRO range of portable data projectors with three new 3D-ready models. The PRO160S, PRO260X and PRO360W data projectors offer a contrast ratio of 3000:1 and a brightness of 3000 lm.
Each projector weighs 5 lb and features various input such as RS-232, Stereo Audio-In/Out, Composite Video, S-Video, VGA-in/out and HDMI for connecting to multiple sources.
The Pro160S projector features a SVGA resolution of 800x600 pixels; the PRO260X projector has a XGA resolution of 1024x768 pixels and the PRO360W projector has a WXGA resolution of 1280x800 pixels. The projectors are MAC and PC compatible, accepts common video inputs, and supports maximum computer resolutions of 1920x1080 pixels.
Each projector consumes less than 1 W of power in standby mode. The lamp of the projector is rated at 3000 h in bright mode and 6000 h in standard mode. The projectors also have a VGA pass-through feature that allows the computer to display images on a monitor even when the projectors are in stand-by mode.
The new models can be utilized as tabletop projectors, can be ceiling mounted, and can be utilized for rear or front projection. They also come with a Kensington Lock port, interconnect cables, a padded carrying case and a remote control.
