Controlled Speed Launches Flicker-Free LED Lighting Driver

Controlled Speed has unveiled a new LED lighting driver that delivers flicker-free dimming. The company’s Innovation Lighting Technology division has developed the fully dimmable LED lighting driver.

The LED lighting driver offers a flicker-free dimming of 100% to 0.3% and is suitable for various applications. Controlled Speed has shipped approximately 4,000 drivers to a leisure operator as part of the first order. In addition, the company offers un-housed and housed dimmable lighting drivers with a 100% to 0.5% or 0.3% flicker-free dimming for 20 W output. Other 50 and 100 W LED driver versions will be available online from January 2011.

Controlled Speed had opened its Innovation Lighting Technology lighting division as part of its strategic growth plan. The lighting division is expected to progress in the next two years.
