Developer of laser alignment systems, Seiffert Industrial has unveiled a new laser line generator that can be user-customized for fan angle specification, based on the desired line length. The new LL-1100 laser alignment system is suitable for targeting, alignment, automation, bioanalytical, and measurement applications.
The laser tool generates a laser line of 90º, 75º, 60º, 45º, 35º, 15º, and 4º, or a collimated laser spot, or a laser cross line pattern, with an output power ranging from 1.0 - 50 mW. It operates in current of less than 30mA, and voltage from 3 - 5 VDC. The operating temperature of the laser alignment system is between -10ºC to +50ºC. The collimated laser spot, laser cross line pattern, and laser line are factory focused at a distance of 1 m, and they can be used to a maximum of 6 m.
The LL-1100 laser system sports machined-aluminum housing, with a hard black anodized finish. The system is dust-, shock- and water-resistant, with an IP 65 environmental protection rating. It is powered with the help of an AC adaptor with 4.5 V DC output, at 700 mA. The system generates less noise, and offers high stability.
