FluxData Offers New 3CCD Multispectral Camera with GigE Connectivity

FluxData has introduced a new, sophisticated series of multispectral cameras with GigE connectivity. The FD-1665 3CCD camera line has the same compact design like the company’s Firewire camera series. The GigE can support data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbits/s and long cable lengths of up to 100 m.

The FD-1665 3CCD camera is developed around the FD-1665 optical prism engine, which enables the use of 35 mm T-mount or SLR T-mount lenses and reduces spherical and chromatic aberration. Twelve CCD sensor options with different resolutions and frame rates have been included in the camera design along with GigE or Firewire connectivity options. Users can choose between high dynamic range (HDR), multispectral and polarization filtering options based on their requirements.

The GigE connectivity option in the FD-1665 3CCD multispectral camera makes it suitable for a variety of applications such as medical imaging, surveillance and machine vision.

The Chief Executive Officer of FluxData, Pano Spiliotis, stated that the FD-1665 camera provides superior flexibility for system integration and offers better connectivity options in remote places.
