Glimmerglass Networks, a supplier of intelligent optical layer management solutions, participated in the 2010 ShowNet interoperability demonstration at Interop Tokyo 2010. The 2010 ShowNet interoperability demonstration was held at Makuhari Messe, Tokyo.
Glimmerglass exhibited its optical layer management and reconfiguration capabilities by collaborating with Nissho Electronics, its Japanese distributor in the ShowNet demonstration.
The focus of Interop Tokyo was on the interoperability of innovative network systems. ShowNet is a live demonstration of exhibitors’ systems. ShowNet explored current issues, including IPv6 migration, cloud computing and virtualized network management.
