Optimised Lenses for Very Large Formats

Resolve Optics has developed a specialist lens system designed to provide high resolution performance for very large format cameras and sensor arrays in excess of 200 mm diametersuch as are used in aerial surveying.

Very large formats are required when multiple sensors are used in an array to overcome the limitation of simple and/or individual conventional sensors. However until now few optimised lenses have been available to realise the full potential of such systems.

Resolve Optics new very large format lenses provide an optimised solution to enable these products to achieve their full performance potential opening the door to exciting new applications. In order to achieve the high resolution right across the field-of-view requires that the lens elements must to be centred to a high degree of accuracy.  This accuracy is achieved via a novel mechanical design created by Resolve Optics.
