CyberOptics will be displaying its latest range of SPI and AOI systems at the Productronica India exhibition to be held between September 11 and 13 in Bangalore, India. Some of the innovative value-add initiatives of CyberOptics that will be featured include AOI-SPI correlation analysis, AOI/SPI programming and printer closed-loop feedback capacity.
The QX100 is an inline inspection system that offers the flexibility of being operated on a table top. The system highlights include the potential to inspect component sizes down to 01005, innovative image acquisition technology of CyberOptics and the Strobed Inspection Module.
The sleek QX100 is equipped with autonomous image interpretation (AI2), which is an advanced image analysis technique that offers excellent defect detection, enhanced defect identification clarity and low false call rates. The programming is quite quick with a 90% reduction in examples and is quite simple with complete support for semiautomatic and unsupervised model training. Since QX100 has a single workflow setup, it is suitable for high-mix environments. Programs created on QX-100 are fully compatible with inline systems.
CyberOptics will also display its latest 3-D SPI system, the SE500ULTRA, designed with an ultra-fast, all-new, sensor that sets a new benchmark for SPI inspection speed.
The sensor integrated with the unique, all in one scan algorithm of CyberOptics positions the SE500ULTRA as 30% faster than its previous SPI systems without compromising on repeatability and precision. In addition, the system has a dual illumination sensor option to ensure better reproducibility and repeatability on the tiniest paste deposits.
