Normally signage is static, but this exterior LED will constantly display weather updates, news headlines and bank promotions, which will be updated on a daily basis, with the objective of inviting passersby to come into the branch and experience its services. The innovative features of the branch include a number of tablet devices and touchscreen kiosks that are combined with an advanced appointment and queue management system. This ensures that customers while waiting for their service can enjoy some of the amenities provided by the branch.They have also introduced other novel features such as collaborative client/employee stations and sophisticated self-service devices, which are known as "Abil".
The Messaging Manager digital signage platform power the kiosks, LED and media walls and this platform also powers over digital displays in several BBVA retail locations in Portugal and Spain.
