ApexCCTV has expanded its extensive portfolio of License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras with the addition of several new models.
ApexCCTV, known for its LPR security cameras, has added many new models to its array, with two innovative cameras from GeoVision, complementing its array. License plate recognition software has widespread applications such as employee monitoring, border patrol, perimeter protection, intelligent transportation systems and public surveillance.
According to officer Bryant Township, license plate cameras with broad applications such as monitoring access into restricted zones and tracking perpetrators, have become the society’s integral part.
The two innovative high-resolution image quality cameras of GeoVision are the LPR-CAM 10A and LPR-CAM 20A (day / night cameras), having illumination ranges of 40 ft and 100 ft respectively. Both cameras provide 10x optical zoom ranges, with the 10A including 5-50 mm focal length, and 20 A includes broad focal length range of 10-120 mm. These cameras are ideal for all environments due to their robust, weatherproof structure and incorporated blowers.
In addition, the economic AP-LPR22 and the high-speed AP-LPR40 supplement the extensive product array. These cameras are capable of detecting and capturing cars driving up to 110 mph. Both have sleek, durable black outer covering, having illumination range of 45 ft and 100 ft respectively. The powerful Sony CCD sensors contribute to excellent picture quality, thereby simplifying license plate observation.
ApexCCTV delivers surveillance equipment and featured security cameras. In addition to supply services, it also presents training videos, reviews and critical articles, thereby benefiting both the physical security industry and the public.
