Icon International’s Japanese developed, novel, energy efficient LED lights are being introduced in the U.S. Grocery Sector.
Following the devastations caused by nuclear plant failure and Japan tsunami, the design and development of LED lights was initiated by the potential LED light manufacturer, Endo-Japan. Endo technologies concentrate more on environmental conservation initiatives including energy-conservation and lower costs. As a result, the company offers lighting of increased value.
Among the 2600 products released by Endo, the RS track LED lights series is the first product to be introduced in the U.S. market by ICON.
According to ICON president Michael Goeller, the RS lights are more energy efficient than conventional lightings as it conserves over 75% energy. Compared to existing LED lights, RS lights are 30% more energy-efficient with increased lighting output with 10-20% less consumption. He further says that the companies are being motivated through the integrated innovation of Icon’s and Endo’s R&D teams and come up with novel technologies, thereby changing the global speculations regarding LED lights. This will help in the progress and advancements of lighting technologies.
