U.S. Households to Glow with Samsung’s Newly Introduced LED Bulbs

Samsung Electronics has declared that its first LED lighting devices have been made available to the US market,  which include A19, MR16 bulbs, and PAR20/30/38, being marketed by Lowe’s, which are intended to substitute the conventional luminescent, halogen and CFL bulbs in homes.

Samsung currently provides seven lighting products through Lowe’s online and retail stores.  A19 is a directional bulb which has been designed to be used in place of directional light-based incandescent bulb and can be utilized in wall sconces, vanity lights and lamps.

As these bulbs have the dimmable feature, choosing the optimum brightness will help save energy depending on the time of the night or day. Samsung’s PAR replacement bulbs are 20 times more durable than their corresponding halogen bulbs and are appropriate for recessed and track lighting. Its beam angle varies from 250 to 400, which provides customers with choices of focused or diffused light based on the mood that needs to be set in the room.

The MR16 Bulbs can be employed for recessed, track and pageant lighting, offered in two separate base types and brightness levels. These LED lighting products provide a warm, natural glow anytime and anywhere, with increased energy efficiency and extended lifespan due to Samsung’s highly efficient and clean LED chip technology. These LED bulbs are durable with an average lifetime of 30,000 – 40,000 h, extending to even 27-36 years without the need for replacement.
