Daintree Networks, a provider of wireless lighting control devices for smart buildings, has declared that six new companies have become a part of the ControlScope Connected Program, a unique program in the lighting industry.
This budding bionetwork now has 16 partners that produce a range of products such as wall switches, sensors, LED drivers and ballasts for lighting and other applications. The ControlScope Connected Program unites Daintree with key lighting and building controls producers to facilitate operations between their products and Daintree’s proprietary ControlScope software platform with the ZigBee wireless communications standard, offering customers with consistent, economical and novel products for enterprise control. The latest additions to the ControlScope Connected partners are Crescent/Stonco, eldoLED, EPtronics, Lusio Solid-State Lighting, Precision-Paragon (P2) and WattStopper. The program enables partners to use the advantages of interoperability and wireless standards and offer customers cost and energy-saving technology with reduced integration complexity into present and upcoming building systems.
Established in 2003, Daintree has been a leading wireless mesh network, with almost 400 customers, managing its industry-standard design verification and operational support tool. The company has been extending its experience to sustain development of the market’s interoperable and open platform for wireless lighting controls.
