Perioptix, a provider of lighting and magnification solutions for doctors and dentists, will release its novel micro optics lens technology at the California Dental Association meeting to be held in San Francisco, between September 22 and 24, 2011.
PeriOptix will display its novel MicroLine Flip-Ups, advanced mini LED headlights and through-the-lens (TTL) loupes. The novel MicroLine loupes of the company incorporates an innovative lens design with size less than 1/3rd of existing optical lenses, offering improved efficiency.
The novel MicroLine Flip up loupes incorporates an innovative-design hinge, and an improved field of view for undisturbed, easy, and over-the-top observation. The patented Optilock technology ensures that the loupes are locked according to the user’s private settings safely and automatically. Once the loupes are arranged perfectly and locked the optical alignment does not change. The loupes have the dual hinge design that ensures the loupes return to its original position safely each time. Also, the sharp declination angle in the Optilock design can alleviate back, neck, and eye stress, which is a problem normally faced by dental and health professionals, because of their job atmosphere.
The participants at the forthcoming CDA will be able to have hands-on experience with the headlights and dental loupes of PeriOptix in a simulated dental surgical area. This special opportunity provides potential customers the chance to experiment different magnification ranges and working distances that aptly suit their requirements.
The CDA conference enables a chance for continuous learning for dental professionals through knowledgeable speakers. Dental professionals throughout US and beyond connect with associates, gain updated information, learn advanced techniques, observe product presentations and gain education credits.
