FOBA laser marking and engraving has released a fiber laser marking system that facilitates high-resolution grayscale marking on security documents and ID cards.
This marking technique is efficient, quick and easy to use. Unlike traditional laser systems, the grayscale marking technique can be used to deliver marking results at high speeds.
The grayscale alignment procedure, conducted on different materials, is made extremely simple by exclusion of the first pulse and also reduces mismarkings on the products. Moreover, setting up the apparatus is an easy and quick process.
The diode-pumped fiber laser marking system is designed to recognize, verify, and customize applications that require high-security marking.
Confidential documents such as driver’s licenses, smart cards, badges, passports, bank cards, and ID cards can be marked in safe, rapid, and accurate way using the system. Users can achieve high-quality marking results using the Q-switched grayscale fiber lasers with an output power of 30 W.
Each pulse can be set in a specific manner using a specially developed FOBA process incorporated in the DP30FGS, which proves useful in marking passport photos and high-resolution images.
The grayscale fiber laser applies all the necessary marking contents at a faster rate than other machinery. The DP30FGS markings are produced either as tactile marks by making alterations to the uppermost surface or as color modifications made below the surface or as a mix of both marking processes.
