LED lighting specialist, Cree has proclaimed that its LBR-30 LED light is now available in the commercial market.
The LED light is a better substitute for incandescent lamps that are widely utilized in tracks, residential and commercial recessed downlights. The lamp, which is based on Cree TrueWhite Technology, produces high-efficient warm-white light with precise color.
The LBR-30 lamp features high CRI (color rendering index) of 94 and utilizes 12 W of input power to deliver a brightness of 600 lm, which equals that of a 60 W incandescent BR30. The operating life of the LED light is 50,000 h in open fixtures, making restaurants such as Eat’n Park to save expenditures related to maintenance and relamping. The light is maximized for those applications that require color precision such as museums, groceries, retail stores and restaurants.
The Director of Marketing at Cree, David Turner stated that the LBR-30 LED lamps are available in wide flood or flood distributions, providing the versatility to select the right product for specific requirements.
