Jenoptik Introduces Fiber-Coupled Diode Laser Module for Industrial Applications

Jenoptik has introduced a new fiber-coupled diode laser module called the JOLD-75-FC-11 for direct industrial applications.

Jenoptik’s JOLD-75-FC-11

The module attains an optical output power of 75 W and features NA 0.15NA or NA 0.22 optical fiber with a diameter of 105 µm. It is passively cooled and has a wavelength of 958, 938 and 915 nm.

The JOLD-75-FC-11 is Jenoptik’s second product in the ultra-brightness product portfolio launched in 2009. This effective laser-pumping source is based on the technological theory of connecting a number of individual emitters. It is highly reliable and has a long lifespan. The high-power laser module has a strong and compact design.

The laser module is used for optical pumping of fiber lasers. Its passive cooling feature enables it to be used in processing of plastic materials, in which new applications are materializing for high-brightness laser sources.
