LedEngin Introduces High-Performance Multi-Chip LED Emitter

LED lighting company, LedEngin has rolled out a new multi-chip LED emitter that offers a maximum output of 3000 and 5500 lm at a CCT of 3100 K and 5500 K, respectively. The LZP-series has a small 12x12 mm package and can be used to replace high-pressure sodium bulbs or metal halide bulbs.

In addition, the LZP-series delivers increased flux needed in stage and studio moving heads, street/area lighting, architectural lighting and high bay lighting applications. The TIR optics complements LedEngin’s solutions to generate high lumen output for Lux on Target performance. The combination of the LZP-series and LedEngin TIR optics offers 6-10 times more luminance than other LED solutions. In addition, this combination delivers a shaper image, homogeneous beam pattern, and excellent light quality.

The LedEngin LZP series includes 24 LED dies series and has a current of up to 1A for each die with a total power of up to 90 W. Furthermore, the LZP series has a luminous efficacy at 350mA per die of 70 lm/W and 95 lm/W under 3100 K and 5500 K temperatures, respectively.
