AOC, a manufacturer of LCD and monitor displays, has rolled out a new series of LCD displays that have a thickness of only 0.5”. The new Razor series displays include six models with display sizes varying from 18.5” to 23”.
Razor LCD Display
The LCD displays, in order to comply with minimalist styling, feature eschewed buttons for the touch-sensitive keys that are installed on the base of the display. The base immediately lights up when a finger approaches them.
All the displays feature LED backlighting and an aspect ratio of 16:9. They also feature a response time of 5 ms and a contrast ratio of 50,000,000:1. The display’s base has the potential to fold back 90º, thus converting the base into a VESA wall bracket. The Razor series LCD displays also have a D-Sub and a digital DVI-D port.
