US-based corporation, Phoseon Technology, will exhibit its new UV-LED curing systems at the IMI Inkjet Technology Showcase in Maryland, USA from 8 to 9 September 2010.
At present, Phoseon offers eight products that include a range of water-cooled and air-cooled products. The company continues to invest in product development and research and development projects to advance the performance and capability of its products. In addition, the projects will help speed up the use of UV-LED curing solutions in the UV printing applications.
Phoseon Technology’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Cortelyou informed that the UV-LED technology is ideal for the UV inkjet applications. He added that the market is switching from the conventional mercury based lamps to UV-LED technology.
Phoseon’s VP of Sales and Marketing, Tom Molamphy stated that the company has a number of unique designs in t he UV inkjet technology and intends to launch more number of designs in 2010 and 2011. Molamphy informed that the company has manufacturing, supply chain and technology capability to deliver optimum solution to the consumers. The company has collaborated with OEM customers to develop advanced UV-LED systems, he said.
