Canon U.S.A. has unveiled the new LV-7590 Multimedia Projector that provides five different types of lenses as optional, for customization to suit different rear or front projection applications. The XGA-resolution projector is suitable for use in large venues including small theaters, museums, art galleries, conference rooms, showrooms, and school auditoriums. It delivers 1800:1 contrast ratio and 7000 lm brightness.
The optional lenses of the LV-7590 projector allow users to customize the projector for various applications. The projector features a lens-shift function that allows the user to operate it in both horizontal and vertical directions. The Color Control Device of the projector adds yellow color to the conventional blue, green and red color panels. The device controls the yellow components independently and alters the yellow lights’ quantity.
The LV-7590 projector includes an Automatic Gamma Adjustment function that monitors brightness for every frame and changes the gamma levels for better clarity. It also features an Intelligent Sharpness Control, 3-D Digital Noise Reduction, and 10-bit digital video processing, to offer more enhanced images.
The LV-7590 Multimedia Projector incorporates a DVI-D interface that offers complete digital connection between the input source and the projector. Some of the digital computer signals are XGA, WXGA, and SXGA, and some of the video signals are 480i, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p. The projector can be connected into a network using the LV-NI03 Network Imager, while it can be combined to a local control system through the RS-232 port.
