GlacialTech has launched its new LED floodlights or spotlights, the GL-SD60 series. The LED floodlights are protected from strong water jets, as they are fully waterproof and dust-proof. This makes them ideal for both outdoor and indoor lighting applications.

The GL-SD60 features LEDs that deliver high luminous efficiency of 46 lm/W. The floodlight offers option of 30° or 60° beam angle. The GL-SD60 consumes 76W of power, while the input need of the light is 11-15V/22-30V DC source. The lifespan of the LED spotlight is more than 20,000 hours.
The LED driver incorporates an Undervoltage-Lockout, which avoids damage in case the DC voltage goes below the required levels. Similarly, if the DC output voltage exceeds unpredictably, the Over-Voltage Protection of the LED driver prevents damage to the LED lamp. However, the product might be damaged, if the supplied DC power exceeds 30V.
The LED does not require any warm-up time while in cold environments like the compact fluorescent lamps. The GL-SD60 is compliant with various safety standards such as EN55015+EN61547, EN62471, EN62031, EN60598, and EN60529. It does not emit any harmful radiation and does not contain any hazardous metal such as mercury.
