Yasmin is a family of high repetition rate Nd:YAG pulsed lasers. These lasers are designed and developed for industrial applications and for operation in environmentally hostile situations. They can be used in ultrasonic generation systems for thickness or defect measurement, surface preparation such as "deflashing' in micro-electronics industry, or ablation processes.
These lasers are hermetically sealed and dust free. They can work intensively 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Active control of flash lamp voltage results in a guaranteed lifetime of 200 million pulses. The Yasmin laser emits in the infrared, visible, or ultraviolet spectrum and is suited for the processing and the treatment of a wide range of materials. These laser sources can be coupled to scanners for faster area coverage.
