The company has also planned to initiate the “Green Lighting Revolution” and promote the public awareness about the hazards of using mercury. The company believes this participation will help boost its sales, as other participations in Las Vegas Lightfair International 2010, Lighting Japan and Frankfurt Light+Building 2010 proved fruitful.

The CEO and President of Aeon Lighting Technology James Liang said that the usage of incandescent lamps is being banned all over the world as part of the policy to avoid energy-shortage. But florescent lights and mercury lamps are more dangerous and harmful to health as well as the environment, due to their mercury content. The company’s mission is to initialize the revolution by promoting the adoption of economic and mercury-free LED products, he noted.

Further Liang commented that they are confident in becoming the leader in the green industry with their commitment towards environmental protection and their latest technology. The company will be exhibiting its products at the booth H815.
