LED Exit Sign Replacement Kit - Before and after
The kits contain two retrofit connector pairs and two LED bulbs. The retrofit connectors are compatible with most of the existing exit sign models. The 12V DC LED bulbs are ETL certified and have an E26/27 candelabra base. The LED bulbs are available in red and green colors.
The Exit Sign Replacement Kits consume 2.8 W of energy, while comparative incandescent setups would consume 30-40 W. The LED kit does not exhibit any flickering, buzzing, fading or spotting that occurs in setups using fluorescent bulbs. The kit provides smooth and even light. Exit sign set ups using incandescent bulbs last for around 2,500-hours, which equates to less than a year, while LED setups can last for 6 to 8 years or around 50,000 hours.
Elemental LED’s replacement kits can be easily installed and are all-inclusive. They can be fitted into existing exit sign housings and help save on bulb replacement, materials and labor costs.
The San Francisco Bay Area-based company announced that the LED replacement kits are an addition to its portfolio of LED sign supplies such as Side View LED Strip Light, LED light modules and portable, small 12V power supplies.
