BenQ Rolls Out High-Resolution EW2730V LED Monitor

BenQ announced that it has introduced a new 27” monitor that features LED backlighting on a VA panel. The EW2730V LED monitor has a contrast ratio of 3000:1 and a native resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.

The LED display is compact in size and its back side and stand have a brushed metal finish. The company has not mentioned any details about the response time or brightness of the EW2730V LED monitor.

The monitor features HDMI, VGA and DVI inputs for connectivity. These features are not currently available in any existing 27” LED monitors.

BenQ will launch the EW2730V LED monitor in January 2011. The company is also expected to showcase the display panel at the CES 2011 Expo.
