Nila LED Lighting Installed in the United States Congress

Nila, a company specialized in LED lighting systems, announced that the United States House of Representatives has used the company’s LED lighting to upgrade the lighting systems in the Main House Chamber.

The Nila Boxer

The company had received the contract for the replacement of old TV lights with Nila Boxer LED lights in the Main House Chamber.

The new lights were expected to deliver the equivalent light output levels of the previously used lights, at more than 75 feet distance from the lighting system to the speakers on the floor. The Nila Boxer LED light met the entire needs of the Main House Chamber.

Jim Sanfilippo, the Chief Executive Officer of Nila, stated that the Nila lights generate more light than the previously used system. He added that the Nila lights reduce energy consumption by 75% over the old lighting system, thereby exceeding the requirements of the House. In addition, the Nila lights can be directly operated from the House Recording Studio to provide enhanced performance.
